barn house in the highlands
this former horse barn has been brought back to life as a modern home on the banks of Loch Duich in the Western Highlands of Scotland. i love how RURAL DESIGN architects held onto the barns past while still having a clean mod style.

century-old cabin on the Knysna
this cabin is such a little gem, not only historically but as a place where family can come together and enjoy life. i would love to find a little cabin like this for my family to build memories in.
