i've been looking for the perfect little gift for my soon to be nephew so i hopped over to my etsy favorites list and rediscovered the bold & bright creations by Bex Kemp. although she did burst my bubble when i read that these are NOT suitable for small children, i still heart her. she also makes these awesome nesting dolls below and some lovely brooches you can find over at her etsy shop, sketch.inc.

well i feel like crud today but i am still super excited to share two very delightful pixie like photographers with you. i can't tell you how much i love each one for being dreamers and being so talented, they both make me want to spring into their photo and prance around with those adorable little critters and possibly climb a tree ; )

Evolution ~ people and the fish they look like

photographer Ted Sabarese came up with an interesting photo series where he matches folks with their fish doppelganger. i know it's suppose to provoke a deeper thought about evolution but it just makes me smile.
